In 2014 we launched a learning and development programme called “Investing in You” where we brought together our colleagues to share experiences, knowledge and solutions.

As a continuation from the successful WorldHost training, we now have Aspen Value Partners who have written designed and are rolling out in the same style to that as WorldHost, our very own Values Workshop.
Working in the healthcare industry means staff must be compliant in a number of key areas, such as health and safety, fire safety, manual heandling and infection control.
Aspen have partnered with Skills for Health to provide you with a comprehensive eLearning platform. We also provide classroom based training where applicable and these courses are tailored to your position.
