In 2014 we launched a learning and development programme called “Investing in You” where we brought together our colleagues to share experiences, knowledge and solutions.
We want to invest in our workforce and their professional learning and development by providing a range of courses that can equip individuals with the skills and confidence to be the best that you can be.
Our prospectus includes clinical and non-clinical courses which we are confident will supplement existing skills and knowledge and in some cases, contribute towards regular CPD.

Committing to group training numbers that are small enough to enable you to receive “Personalised Attention” from your tutors, allowing you to get the level of support and detail from the development that you need. We also use a range of techniques to meet individual learning styles and will give you a workbook to make your own notes at each session. Some of our courses also offer additional information and useful tools post course which will be sent to you by your tutor.
