Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and target orientated individual to join our our Patient Services Team as Contact Centre Team Lead! The successful candidate must have good call centre experience and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

The role:

The post-holder will lead the Client Services team, handle telephone enquiries and book patient appointments with a focus on accuracy, applying excellent customer service and soft sales at all times.  They will support the Patient Services Manager to achieve the departmental targets through effectual and efficient leadership of a team of Client Services Advisors so we are looking for a candidate with a good background of working in a call centre and some supervisory/management experience.

The person:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and approachable individual who has:

  • A good background of working in a call centre.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to organise a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer care skills.
  • Fantastic problem solving skills.
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have some experience of working in a healthcare setting and being familiar with medical terminology will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer facing roles and dealing with the public are essential.

The post-holder will work on-site across both Parkside Hospital, Wimbledon and our offices in Wimbledon town centre.
