Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of food and beverage services to staff and patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising our team of Front of Catering Staff including our Waiters/Waitresses and Hotel Services Assistants. One of the main aims is to ensure that there is sufficient staff and supplies to meet the day’s requirements of the Catering Team.

The individual should ensure a high quality of service and food provision. They will be responsible for recruitment, training and staff development. of the team working in line with the Organisations aims and values. They should be aware and up to date of any changes regarding health and safety and hygiene regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with complaints when they arise. and managing the Patient Satisfaction scores obtained across the hospital in relation to Food/Beverage & Service. A certain amount of paperwork will also be involved in terms of rotas, planning, controlling budgets and ordering stock and recruitment.
