Are you able to lead, direct and promote systemic improvements in Clinical Governance and Healthcare Quality? We are looking for a Registered Nurse or ODP with proven experience in Quality and Governance to work in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.  You will assist in driving sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services. You will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement in patient care, minimising risk and harm through strategic vision and defined professional and healthcare standards, as well as having robust systems of Quality Assurance. Your duties will include:

  • Clinical Complaints
  • Quarterly Governance reports
  • Root Cause analysis both comprehensive and concise
  • Incident reporting and investigating
  • Yearly Quality account
  • Audits
  • Monthly NICE guideline updates
