Aspen Healthcare is searching for a Group Head of Quality & Governance to be responsible for leading on quality improvement initiatives across the Group and providing leadership on all aspects of assuring the delivery of exemplar patient experience, supporting Aspen’s Corporate Strategy and Quality Governance Framework.
Working closely with the Group Clinical Director you will serve as a role model for best practice with emphasis on the need to ensure that staff recognise their responsibility to deliver services in a high quality, courteous and patient focused manner.
As well as being responsible for quality improvement, you will assist in developing Aspen’s quality assurance systems; Quality Accounts; complaints management; use of PROMs; and oversight and development of our risk management system (Datix). You will also have responsibility for other patient safety and assurance activities such as clinical risk management, incident reporting, regulatory readiness, undertaking investigations, and assuring effective action planning, is effectively implemented and monitored. You will use existing resources and develop on going initiatives to ensure that our patients experiences are heard and central to our service development
