We are seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing and Clinical Services to join our award-winning hospital. You will provide clinical leadership and operational management to all clinical services provided within the hospital including wards, outpatients, diagnostics, physiotherapy, pharmacy, pathology and theatres, to support the business and deliver the objectives of the hospital.
The successful candidate will deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence and be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT).
It is essential that the candidate is able to demonstrate the intellectual capacity to solve complex problems and to have an understanding of what is required to provide effective and efficient clinical services across all clinical areas in a hospital.
Applicants must have the ability to build positive and effective professional relationships, work with a range experienced leaders and be a credible nurse in practice.
You should also have extensive clinical governance experience and a proven track record working as Director of Nursing. The candidate will be someone who is able to manage a demanding and busy portfolio, someone who has the confidence to work autonomously and above all else is a credible and authentic registered nurse able to lead by example.
