Job Details:

The Role:

  • Organise patient medical records for meetings
  • Set up and attend all MDT meetings
  • Enter patient details on to software and a summary of meeting outcomes
  • Responsible for notifying all clinicians regarding MDT outcomes and ensuring entry on to patient medical records
  • Attend any evening meetings as required by the Director
  • Assist Director and the Director’s PA with any administrative matters
  • Any other duties as requested by the Director

The ideal candidate:

  • Microsoft office and experience with other software
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation
  • Confident / assertive
  • Able to work evenings
